Glass doors
Swinging doors
Frameless glass door wings will find their use as a design element of the interior that will perfectly maintain the light conditions and, in case of milk glass or coloured glass, will create an optical division. At the same time, owing to the use of tempered glass, the possibility of an injury in case of an eventual break-up is eliminated. Swinging door wings can be composed in many variations as a part of a glass partition with a door stop as double-sided ones, eventually with a fixed lock or an electro lock. A door wing can be delivered in a transparent or a milk version, as well as in different colour shades, of both the glass and the ironmongery.
Sliding doors
Sliding frameless glass wings form an attractive and luxurious solution of your interior and perfectly maintain the light conditions there. With regard to the installation possibilities, the sphere of their use is almost unlimited. Owing to the use of high-quality Dorma ironmongery, their working is quiet and their control peerless light, although the dimensions of a wing can reach up to 2000x3000mm. The sliding mechanism itself can be hidden in the ceiling construction and in this way a naturally pure solution can be created. Owing to the use of tempered glass, the possibility of an injury in case of an eventual break-up is eliminated. The door wing can be delivered in a transparent or a milk version (which will perfectly disperse light in your interior), as well as in other colour shades, of both the glass and the ironmongery.
Into door frames
Frameless glass door wings can be arbitrarily combined into already fixed doorframes as well as a complete element with the option of selection of a kevel doorframe (wooden and varnished in the RAL shade), or as an aluminium wing frame. A wide range of glass, ironmongery and doorframes enables you to create a solution of any construction opening of your interior

Glass that is used
Tempered glass
Tempered glass is produced in a controlled process of heating to a determined temperature and a subsequent fast cooling of the glass, which leads to the formation of permanent surface tension in the glass; therefore, the glass is characterised by a much higher resistance to mechanical and thermal stress.
However, in case of an excess load on the glass, which locally disturbs the balance of the glass and exceeds the limit of the glass strength, a spontaneous break-up occurs anyway. In such a case, the thermic initial tension of the glass causes an extremely high break-up speed and a gradual division of the crack that has occurred in such a way that in an ideal case the glass breaks into a big number of tiny fragments whose edges are blunt and therefore there is no risk of injury caused by contact with them.
Technical data
Glass thickness from 3 mm to 19 mm
Production dimensions maximum 5100 x 2440 mm minimum 100 x 250 mm
Coloured glass
Coloured glass is a one-sheet safety glass with applied ceramic pigments. This production process can be applied for any flat glass with a smooth surface that is suitable for tempering.
A full-area enamel layer is applied on the surface of the glass with a structural cylinder (the so-called rollercoat method), and during the subsequent tempering process under the temperature of approximately 650°C the pigment is fired.

Printed glass
Printed glass can be used for a wide range of possibilities, in the interior as well as for building sheating. Purpose utilization of top-coat on insulation glass increases the effectiveness of protection against sun radiation and collimation.
The standard collection of different grids with dots, squares or straight lines offers a wide range of possible use. Nevertheless, we will be pleased to realize any individual request of our customers.
