Glass partitions
Glass partitions
A glass partition panel is a set of fixed, opening or sliding elements. It fulfils several requirements at once. It will create perfect privacy for your personal activities and at the same time it will provide you with an overview of everything what is going on around you. By means of a suitable combination of different coloured glass panes and transparent glazing, which can be, moreover, bent, you will attain a very attractive appearance of you interior. In case a sound insulation is required, the combination of single or double glazing can be used, with the option of mounting of a glass or a massive wood wing, when the Jansen doorframe system is used.
Sliding horizontal partitions
A unique and ideal arrangement, especially for business and office premises; it can be used in the interior as well as in the exterior. The folding partitions Dorma HSW and FSW will enable you to create a simple room division with the possibility of mounting the door wing into an arbitrary partition position. The glass partition can be, by a very simple manipulation, folded into a designated space, and this way the boundaries between more rooms, or between the exterior and the interior, can be perfectly eliminated.
Wall lining
Coloured glass for wall lining provides a perfect solution to the requirement of an attractive arrangement of the interior and the exterior. A wide range of colours, with the possibility of adapting the glass, provides you with new possibilities. Coloured glass is priceless as a separate element of a kitchen unit or a shower enclosure wall, namely not only because of its unique design.
Facade glazing
Owing to its possibilities, the structural and insulating glazing of facades is a more and more popular arrangement of the buildings' exterior. Our company offers glazing with the use of the Jansen systems, as well as atypical arrangements according to your requirements and ideas.

Glass that is used
Tempered glass
Tempered glass is produced in a controlled process of heating to a determined temperature and a subsequent fast cooling of the glass, which leads to the formation of permanent surface tension in the glass; therefore, the glass is characterised by a much higher resistance to mechanical and thermal stress.
However, in case of an excess load on the glass, which locally disturbs the balance of the glass and exceeds the limit of the glass strength, a spontaneous break-up occurs anyway. In such a case, the thermic initial tension of the glass causes an extremely high break-up speed and a gradual division of the crack that has occurred in such a way that in an ideal case the glass breaks into a big number of tiny fragments whose edges are blunt and therefore there is no risk of injury caused by a contact with them.
Technical data
Glass thickness from 3 mm to 19 mm
Production dimensions maximum 5100 x 2440 mm minimum 100 x 250 mm
Coloured glass
Coloured glass is a one-sheet safety glass with applied ceramic pigments. This production process can be applied for any flat glass with a smooth surface that is suitable for tempering.
A full-area enamel layer is applied on the surface of the glass with a structural cylinder (the so-called rollercoat method), and during the subsequent tempering process under the temperature of approximately 650°C the pigment is fired.

Glass thickness from 4 mm to 12 mm
Production dimensions maximum 4000 x 2000 mm minimum 200 x 300 mm

Printed glass
Printed glass can be used for a wide range of possibilities, in the interior as well as for building sheating. Purpose utilization of top-coat on insulation glass increases the effectiveness of protection against sun radiation and collimation.
The standard collection of different grids with dots, squares or straight lines offers a wide range of possible use. Nevertheless, we will be pleased to realize any individual request of our customers.

Walkable bonded safety glass
Walkable bonded safety glass has an antiskid layer on its surface. The standard version is equipped with a functional pane in the width of 6 mm, which protects the load-bearing glass layers against damage. At the same time, this functional pane is equipped with an antiskid print. Ceramic pigments that are permanently baked into the glass during the subsequent tempering process, ensure antiskid protection on the surface. It will find its use as a glass floor, stairs, a walkable gallery in the interior, or, in combination with insulation glass, as an exterior walkable glazing of roofs, laylights or elevator roofings.
Antifire glass
Antifire glass can be installed in certified glass measurements into tested G30 steel frame constructions, (non-bearing frames without thermal insulation); in this process, all regulations for the installation of antifire glass surfaces of anticipated profile must be adhered to, (in particular, the conditions for the anchorage of the glass, its underlay and sealing), and also the permissible field size for a frame profile has to be observed. The glass in question is a monolithic safety glass with antifire protection - minimum thickness 6 mm, without a wire or another filling, on a float basis, with an increased mechanical strength > 175 N/mm2, based on a special thermic processing. It is suitable for combining with the Jansen doors and partitions system.

Thermal insulating double glass
The insulating glass is made of at least two glass units with a distance frame (a closed hooped frame system), in the so-called two-barrier system, that are linked together into an absolutely tight unit.
For the production, float glass, structured glass, thermal protective glass, or glass with a thermal protective electroplated layer and components with anti-noise protection, can be used.
In order to meet the requirements of safety techniques stemming from building instructions and the laws of civil engineering, it is also possible to use glass with a higher mechanical strength and higher safety characteristics.
